Shipping Information
Type:
Shipping is UPS Next Day Air (we are authorized through UPS to ship via this method) and includes any heat/cool packs when necessary. We ship only to the lower 48 states. There will be no charge for shipping if you pick up the animals (Milwaukee area only). Please notify us if you plan to use this option. Someone MUST sign for the package on the first delivery attempt of the carrier or the live arrival guarantee will be voided.
Cost :
The fee for shipping is a flat rate of $45. This includes overnight shipping, as well as packaging and any heat or cool packs needed. Remember: Pick-up is always FREE!
Free shipping will be provided for orders that have a sub-total greater than $350, and we will not give a credit if you pick up the animals instead.
We do not charge box fees, heat or cool pack fees, travel fees, PayPal fees or any other cost associated with shipping.
Temperature:
We reserve the right to hold shipment when the temperature along the shipment path is above 90 degrees or below 40 degrees. If the buyer wishes, we will ship outside of these temperatures,
but doing so will void our live arrival guarantee.
