Here at Milwaukee Reptiles, we pride ourselves on excellent customer service. We believe our animals (and our customers!) are worth personal attention.
We like to handle each and every transaction personally, ensuring a positive experience for everyone (the lizards too!).

How To Order an Animal
To order an animal, e-mail us directly with the number(s) of the animal(s) you are interested in.
Please indicate with payment method you prefer (Either PayPal, Money Order, or Personal Check).
Also indicate preferred shipping date (we only ship out Monday to Wednesday).
If paying by PayPal, feel free to use the shopping cart. Make sure you provide your shipping address, as well as phone number where you can be reached.
We will contact you to set up the details.
If paying by money order or personal check, send us an e-mail and we will send you the necessary mailing information, as well as an invoice.
Payment must be made in full before shipping.

How To Hold an Animal
We will hold any animal for a non-refundable fee of 10% per week up to a maximum of 4 weeks (for 40%).
The animal will be held for a period of one week, unless a different length of time is agreed upon.
The fee will be deducted from the total cost at the time of final payment.
After one week, you forfeit the hold fee, and we reserve the right to sell the animal.
