Live Arrival Guarantee
Terms:
We guarantee live delivery for all of our animals when the entire shipping path is between 40 and 90 degrees (F).
We reserve the right to hold shipping until we feel it is safe for the animal. If the buyer wishes, we will ship
outside of these temperatures, however all guarantees will become void.
We are in no way responsible for damages or injuries during shipping. If such a situation arises, the buyer
is responsible for making a claim with the carrier.
We will only guarantee live delivery if someone signs for
the package during the first delivery attempt of the carrier.
There are NO refunds on shipping, regardless of the situation.
Claims:
All claims must be made to Milwaukee Reptiles within 24 hours of delivery (Hasn't happened yet!).
We reserve the right to request digital photos of the dead animal or that the animal be shipped back to us (at our cost)
within 48 hours of contact before refunding any payment.
